For Governors & Proprietors

David Thomson and expert colleagues work closely with governors and proprietors on:

• Governance processes, compliance with legal and charity commission requirements and excellence in Governance practice
• Medium and long term strategic development, running presentations and workshops to facilitate best thinking and future planning. This has included joint workshops with Governors and SLT/staff.
• Other work focuses on the evaluation of Governing Bodies and working in liaison with the Chair on Headteacher appraisal and Headteacher appointment.
