Rafan House
Rafan House is a clinical service in Harley Street, with an adolescent and child team. David Thomson is a director.
Rafan House can meet the needs of pupils and students struggling with emotional well-being when their specific needs go beyond a school’s own pastoral systems and provision. Heads can also recommend parents, individually or as a couple to our adult clinic.
Heads and Governors can invite a Rafan House team into school to help in dealing with emotionally exceptional circumstances such as the death of a pupil, involvement in a court case, unexpected change of senior management or the need for cultural integration.
For some international students and parents Rafan House can provide therapy and counselling in their own language. Boarding schools can establish a partnership with Rafan House who specialise in working with young people far from home.
